After nearly fives months of romance, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have parted ways and called off their engagement.

According to TMZ, the pop star, and Saturday Night Live comedian mutually agreed to the split, indicating that the timing was off for their relationship to develop and that they still deeply care about each other.

Grande was scheduled to appear at a F**k Cancer benefit on Saturday but canceled her performance at the fundraiser for Barbara Berlanti Heroes Gala. Scooter Braun, her manager, alluded to the difficult time Grande is going through in a speech he delivered at the event according to E! News.
