Mel B. has to take time away from her busy schedule to heal some recent injuries.
The 43-year-old singer took to Instagram on today (Monday 12/10) to share a snap of herself bandaged up.
Wearing a blue hoodie with the word “Love,” the Spice Girls member holds up her right hand, which is bandaged in purple foam and held in a sling around her neck. According to Mel, she suffered two broken ribs and a severed right hand. Though Scary Spice didn’t reveal how the injuries occurred, she thanked both the hospital staff and her fans for their support as she heals.
The scary injury comes in the midst of a busy time for the singer, who recently released Brutally Honest, her memoir, and is set to tour with the Spice Girls next year.
It is unclear how Mel B sustained her injuries.
