KEVIN HART is being sued for $60 million by the woman in his sex tape.

In 2017, Kevin cheated on his wife in a Las Vegas hotel room with a woman named Montia Sabbag.  Pretty soon a friend of Kevin’s named J.T. Jackson tried to BLACKMAIL Kevin with VIDEO of the action.

J.T. ended up being charged with two counts of extortion, and Kevin apologized for being unfaithful.  He and his wife are still together, and he has always denied having anything to do with recording their festivities.

But Montia thinks Kevin was in on it the whole time . . . for the PUBLICITY.  She’s suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
